Surely there should be more to life than work, relationships, marriage and babies....

I am tired of:

"When is the wedding" (OMG if someone asks me that again this year!!!!!!)
"Do you not want to get married"
"Only one child- jeez shame!"
"When are you going to settle down and start a family?"

I am at a point in my life when I am exploring what I WANT, not what the world of tradition dictates I have to "want".

Am I wrong to want more, yes maybe I should have a baby now and start a life for myself? What? My life has not started yet? OH!

I am a 27 year old Public relations consultant (I rock at it and love it... :-)), earn more then my mother ever did in her career, have a house with the man I love, three loving animals, bills (not my fav- but I have them), an Honours degree plus years of working experience .... and a knack for what I love doing :-) why stop now?

Next year I start studying french and then who knows where I will take the world...

One thing is for sure- I WANT MORE... MORE than the traditional life which is deemed so necessary!
